1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease one large loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans.

3Mix together eggnog , rum flavored extract , white sugar , vanilla extract , and eggs until they are blended well.eggnog: 1 c, rum flavored extract: 2 tsp, white sugar: 1 c, vanilla extract: 1 tsp, eggs: 2 (beaten)

4Sift together flour , baking powder , salt , ground nutmeg , and ground cinnamon .flour: 2.25 c, baking powder: 2 tsp, salt: 1/2 tsp, ground nutmeg: 1/2 tsp, ground cinnamon: 1/4 tsp

5Add dry ingredients to the eggnog mixture and mix until just moistened.

6Pour into prepared pan(s).

7Bake large pan for ⏱️ 40-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean or bake smaller pans for ⏱️ 35-40 minutes .

8Cool for ⏱️ 10 minutes , remove from pan, and let cool completely on a baking rack.
