Eggnog Bread

  • eggnog

  • eggs (beaten)

  • flour
    2.25 c
  • ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp
  • ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp
  • rum flavored extract
    2 tsp
  • salt
    1/2 tsp
  • vanilla extract
    1 tsp
  • white sugar
    1 c

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease one large loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans.

    Mix together eggnog , rum flavored extract , white sugar , vanilla extract , and eggs until they are blended well.
    eggnog: 1 c, rum flavored extract: 2 tsp, white sugar: 1 c, vanilla extract: 1 tsp, eggs: 2 (beaten)

    Sift together flour , baking powder , salt , ground nutmeg , and ground cinnamon .
    flour: 2.25 c, baking powder: 2 tsp, salt: 1/2 tsp, ground nutmeg: 1/2 tsp, ground cinnamon: 1/4 tsp

    Add dry ingredients to the eggnog mixture and mix until just moistened.

    Pour into prepared pan(s).

    Bake large pan for ⏱️ 40-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean or bake smaller pans for ⏱️ 35-40 minutes .

    Cool for ⏱️ 10 minutes , remove from pan, and let cool completely on a baking rack.
